Climate Conference Paris 2015

Climate Conference Paris 2015

The 21st session of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC is expected to take place in December 2015, in Paris, France.
Even though we know there’s a climate change going on, we still keep denying to ourselves. We have to be aware that it’s real and that there will be consequences. We have to take action, right now! This dry drop icon stands for water and for drought. Water because of rising sea levels and the coming shortage of drinking water. Drought represents what global warming will bring with it.

In an ideal world, clean safe water is readily available everywhere, and not in disposable bottles. But in the world we live in, we need to make changes.
On these bottles you can read how water availability will evolve. And even though you get your bottle filled in 2050, a fellow human being in other countries will have even less drinkable water available.
Only by changing today’s approach to future water management and water productivity (economic output per drop) can we ensure a prosperous future. Efforts can delay the onset of water stress and scarcity in many countries, buying precious time for strategies that can make freshwater resources endure for generations to come.
